Terms of Service — Meibo Mexico

1. Important Notice

1.1 By registering on Stadiobet (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), you enter into a binding agreement with Stadiobet and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; our Privacy Policy; our Cookie Policy; and any rules applicable to our betting or gaming products as further referenced in these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms” or the “Agreement”), and are deemed to have accepted and understood all terms.
1.2 Please read this Agreement carefully to ensure you fully understand its content. 2. General

2.1 By registering on Stadiobet, you (“you”, “your”, “yourself”, or “player”) enter into an agreement with Stadiobet.
2.2 You must read this Agreement in full before using any Stadiobet services or products. This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you and Stadiobet.
2.3 These Terms take effect when you complete the registration process, including checking acceptance of these Terms and successfully creating an account. By using any part of the Site after creating an account, you agree that these Terms apply to your use of the Site.
2.4 We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We may notify you of changes (e.g., via email or a notice on the Site), but it is your responsibility to review any updates. Continuing to use the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
2.5 In case of conflict between these Terms and any game rules or other referenced documents, these Terms shall prevail.
2.6 For player convenience, these Terms may be published in multiple languages. The English version is the sole legal reference between you and us. In case of discrepancies, the English version prevails.

3. Stadiobet Account — Registration

3.1 To place bets on Stadiobet, you must first register an account (“Stadiobet Account”).
3.2 To register and use the Site, the individual must submit a registration application and open a Stadiobet Account, providing personal information including email, full name, date of birth, and address.
3.3 Incomplete or inaccurate information: If the information in 3.2 is missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely, Stadiobet reserves the right to suspend account registration and treat any subsequent deposits as invalid, along with any resulting winnings. Contact customer support if your account is suspended.
3.4 Age requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Stadiobet may request age verification and suspend your account until satisfactory documentation is provided. Stadiobet strictly enforces responsible gambling and minor protection.
3.5 Registration not accepted for: a) Individuals under 18 or below the legal gambling age; b) Residents of jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited; c) Individuals providing misleading information or attempting registration via third parties.
3.6 Stadiobet reserves the right to refuse any account application at its sole discretion.

3. Stadiobet Account — Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.7 You declare that all information provided is true, up-to-date, and correct.
3.8 Stadiobet may request KYC documents at any time to verify identity and location, and may restrict services, payments, or withdrawals until verification. Stadiobet may disclose information as required by law or privacy policy.

3. Stadiobet Account — Multiple Accounts

3.9 Only one Stadiobet Account per player is allowed. Attempting to use multiple accounts may result in closure of all accounts and funds being withheld.
3.10 Stadiobet may suspend or close accounts if multiple accounts are suspected, and retain funds until proof is provided.
3.11 Players must notify Stadiobet if multiple accounts exist; failure may result in account closure and fund retention.

3. Stadiobet Account — User Responsibilities

3.12 Keep login details secure; do not share them.
3.13 Stadiobet is not responsible for unauthorized access due to disclosure of login details.
3.14 Account transfer or sale is prohibited.
3.15 Notify Stadiobet immediately of any account or betting errors; Stadiobet may void bets caused by errors.
3.16 You are responsible for all account activity.
3.17 Enable two-factor authentication for account security.
3.18 Additional security features may be provided and should be used.

3. Stadiobet Account — Account Suspension/Closure

3.19 Stadiobet may suspend or close accounts if: a) Fraud, collusion, or illegal/unlawful use is suspected; b) Unfair advantage or cheating is suspected; c) Required by law, police, regulatory authority, or court; d) Terms are violated or problem gambling concerns arise; e) Any of the above may have occurred.
3.20 You are responsible for claims or losses arising from suspension/closure.
3.21 Stadiobet may void bets or withhold funds in accordance with the law.
3.22 Accounts may be suspended or terminated with or without notice if compromise or breach is suspected.
3.23 Information on withdrawing remaining balances will be provided if accounts are closed.
3.24 Stadiobet is not liable for losses from unauthorized access.
3.25 Stadiobet is not liable for losses from failure to maintain login security.

4. Your Warranties — Eligibility

4.1 a) You are 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
4.1 b) You have full legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us and are not restricted in any way.
4.1 c) You are not diagnosed or classified as a compulsive or problem gambler.
4.1 d) You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling site or venue. If you have a self-exclusion agreement, you will notify Stadiobet immediately.

4. Your Warranties — Legal

4.1 e) You access Stadiobet from a jurisdiction that allows it.
4.1 f) You will not use our Services in jurisdictions where online betting and/or casino and/or live games are prohibited.
4.1 g) You acknowledge and accept that Stadiobet reserves the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited technologies, including but not limited to fraud detection, automated registration, gaming and screen capture technologies. These measures may include device checks, geolocation, IP spoofing, transaction and blockchain analysis.

4. Your Warranties — Funds & Taxes

4.1 h) You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any winnings from Stadiobet under applicable laws.
4.1 i) You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on cryptocurrency rewards received from the Services.
4.1 j) You understand there is a risk of losing cryptocurrency when using the Services, and Stadiobet is not liable.
4.1 k) You will not deposit funds from illegal or unauthorized sources.
4.1 l) You will not use payment methods that do not belong to you.
4.1 m) All deposits must be used solely for Services on the Website.
4.1 n) You will not withdraw or attempt to withdraw to a payment method that does not belong to you.
4.1 o) You understand that participation in the Services carries the risk of losing your deposit.
4.1 p) You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values may fluctuate significantly.
4.1 q) Stadiobet is not a financial institution.

4. Your Warranties — Other

4.1 r) You use the Services voluntarily and at your own risk.
4.1 s) You will not conduct criminal activity through your Stadiobet account.
4.1 t) All information you provide during the term is true and complete, and you will notify us of any changes immediately.
4.1 u) You participate only as an individual, non-professional, and for entertainment purposes.
4.1 v) You play under your own name, not on behalf of anyone else.
4.1 w) You have only one account and agree not to open additional accounts.
4.1 x) Telecommunications and Internet access are beyond Stadiobet’s control; Stadiobet is not responsible for interruptions, slowdowns, capacity limits, or other faults.
4.1 y) You will not engage in fraud, collusion, manipulation, or use of software/hardware aids to participate in games or Services.
4.1 z) You will not bet using non-public information related to events.
4.1 aa) If you are an athlete, coach, manager, owner, referee, or anyone who can influence outcomes, you will not bet on events under regulated sports/event authorities.
4.1 bb) If you own ≥10% of a sports/event organization or team, you will not bet on events involving them.
4.1 cc) If you participate in a sport or activity, you will not set odds for events you are involved in.
4.2 If you breach any representation, warranty, or covenant in 4.1, Stadiobet may suspend or close your account and void bets to the extent permitted by law.

5. Stadiobet Warranties

5.1 Stadiobet guarantees it will: a) Manage player funds in a safe and proper manner; b) Handle personal information of players legally, in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policy.
5.2 Software Warranties: Software is provided “as is”, with no express or implied warranties, conditions, representations, or commitments, statutory or otherwise. Stadiobet excludes all implied terms, representations, conditions, and warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality, or suitability for any particular purpose. Stadiobet does not guarantee: (i) Website and services will meet your requirements; (ii) Website and services do not infringe any third-party intellectual property; (iii) Website and services will operate error-free or uninterrupted; (iv) Any defects in website or services will be corrected; (v) Website or servers are free from viruses.
5.3 Contacting Stadiobet: You can contact Stadiobet 24/7 via online chat. At Stadiobet’s sole discretion, if your behavior via chat or any other means insults or demeans Stadiobet, its affiliates, or third-party service staff, Stadiobet may block or terminate your account.

6. Deposits

6.1 You may only participate in any games if your Stadiobet account has sufficient funds. For this, you should deposit funds using the payment methods provided on the website. Stadiobet does not provide any credit for your participation in any games.
6.2 You must deposit to your Stadiobet account using the payment methods provided on Stadiobet.
6.3 You must ensure that funds deposited into your Stadiobet account are not illegal, in particular not from any illegal activity or source.
6.4 To deposit into your Stadiobet account, you may transfer funds via a cryptocurrency wallet under your control or any other payment method provided on Stadiobet. Only your own funds may be used for deposits.
6.5 You should only deposit money into your account for placing bets on the website. If we reasonably believe you are depositing funds without intent to bet, Stadiobet has the right to suspend or close your account. In such cases, we may also report this activity to relevant authorities.
6.6 You acknowledge and understand that only your own payment methods may be used to fund your Stadiobet account.
6.7 You further understand, agree, and acknowledge that if Stadiobet discovers, detects, and/or confirms that you: a) Fund your Stadiobet account using third-party payment methods; and/or b) Fund your Stadiobet account using illegal funds; such activities will be treated as fraud in violation of the Terms of Service, including: i) Stadiobet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close your Stadiobet account; and ii) Stadiobet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, revoke, or adjust any transaction and confiscate funds and/or winnings generated from deposited funds.
6.8 Stadiobet may set a minimum deposit amount at its discretion. The minimum deposit may be changed by Stadiobet at any time and will be indicated on the website. Please note that payment providers may charge additional fees depending on the payment method used.
6.9 The payment methods provided to you and minimum and maximum deposit limits can be found in the Wallet section of the website. Applicable service fees may be charged and changed. Some payment methods may not be available in all countries/regions.
6.10 Deposits will be processed immediately, and when using a payment service provider, the updated balance in your Stadiobet account will be displayed instantly. Stadiobet is not responsible for delays caused by its payment system or any third party. Please note: a) Some payment methods may include additional fees, which will be clearly visible at your checkout; b) Your bank or payment service provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion according to their terms and your user agreement.
6.11 We reserve the right to use additional procedures and measures to verify your identity when processing deposits into your Stadiobet account.
6.12 Funds cannot be transferred from your Stadiobet account to another player’s Stadiobet account.
6.13 Stadiobet may refuse any deposit at its discretion. Users with blocked or suspended accounts should avoid depositing on Stadiobet.
6.14 If a player attempts to deposit while their account is blocked or suspended, Stadiobet has the right to retain these funds.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Stadiobet reserves the right to refuse a player’s withdrawal from their Stadiobet account until: a) The player’s identity has been verified and Stadiobet has confirmed the withdrawal is being made by the account holder; b) The withdrawal is transferred to an account in the name of the legal owner; c) Any additional information requested by Stadiobet has been provided; and d) The player has met the minimum wagering requirements for each deposit.
7.2 Stadiobet reserves the right to investigate your account and gaming activity. If Stadiobet reasonably suspects your account or gaming activity violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws, it may, at its sole discretion, delay or refuse further deposits, withdrawals, and/or gaming during the investigation. You acknowledge and accept that Stadiobet may not disclose the nature of its investigation.
7.3 All withdrawals must be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of deposit, unless otherwise decided or not possible. If you deposited using multiple payment methods, we reserve the right, at our discretion and in accordance with anti-money laundering policies and regulations, to split your withdrawal among these payment methods and process each portion accordingly.
7.4 If we mistakenly credit any amount of winnings not belonging to you into your Stadiobet account, whether due to a technical error, human error, or other reason, the amount remains our property and will be deducted from your Stadiobet account. If you withdraw funds not belonging to you before we detect the error, the credited amount (without affecting other legal remedies) will constitute a debt owed to us. In the case of accounting errors, you are obliged to notify us immediately via email.
7.5 (Fiat) You must wager 100% of your deposited value to apply for fiat currency withdrawal.
7.6 (Fiat) Withdrawals from Stadiobet accounts are made via payment to the player or transfer to the player’s bank account as advised to Stadiobet. Stadiobet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal if deemed necessary.
7.7 (Fiat) The minimum withdrawal amount will be indicated on the website at the time of withdrawal.
7.8 (Fiat) If you have multiple pending withdrawals, Stadiobet reserves the right to refuse all withdrawals and request a single withdrawal encompassing the total sum of all pending withdrawals.
7.9 (Fiat) Stadiobet will not charge fees for withdrawals. However, you are advised to check whether your payment method charges additional fees. Stadiobet is not responsible for any commissions or processing fees charged by third parties such as your bank.
7.10 (Crypto) Upon issuing a valid withdrawal request, crypto withdrawals will be sent to the cryptocurrency wallet address you specify.
7.11 (Crypto) Stadiobet reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification for any withdrawal. Players wishing to retrieve funds from closed, locked, or excluded accounts are advised to contact customer support.
7.12 (Crypto) To prevent money laundering, all transactions will be monitored. Players must report any suspicious activity related to any game on the website to Stadiobet immediately. Stadiobet may suspend, block, or close a Stadiobet account and, under anti-money laundering laws or any other legal authority, retain funds. You acknowledge that funds in your account are consumed immediately during gameplay; we do not offer returns, refunds, or retroactive cancellations.

8. Player Funds Protection and Recovery

8.1 Any funds you deposit into your Stadiobet account, along with any winnings, will be held in segregated client bank accounts/cryptocurrency wallets, solely for the purpose of sports and gaming bets and to pay any fees incurred through the use of our services. Your funds are protected and cannot be used for other purposes.
8.2 If Stadiobet incurs any losses due to reversals, chargebacks, refusal of payment, or other reasons related to you, we reserve the right to recover the relevant amounts from you.
8.3 We may, at any time, offset any positive balance in your account against any amounts owed to Stadiobet.

9. Bets / Wagers

9.1 You are allowed to place bets on markets/products offered on the website. Stadiobet is not obligated to accept any bet, which is only considered valid and finalized upon confirmation of acceptance by Stadiobet.
9.2 Stadiobet only accepts bets placed online (including via mobile). Bets received by other means (mail, email, fax, etc.) are invalid.
9.3 You are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct. Once placed, bets cannot be cancelled by you. You may use our “edit bet” feature only if available. Bets may only be cancelled or amended by Stadiobet in cases of event suspension/cancellation, obvious errors in bets or odds, violations of terms, or legal/regulatory reasons. Funds will be allocated to bets in order and may not be used for other purposes. Stadiobet reserves the right to void or reverse any transaction involving allocated funds at any time.

10. Bet Confirmation

10.1 Bets are only valid upon receiving confirmation of acceptance. Bets placed without sufficient funds in your account are invalid.
10.2 Your requested bet is only valid once accepted by Stadiobet. Each valid bet will receive a unique transaction code. We are not responsible for settlement of any bets without a unique transaction code. If you have concerns, check your account history or contact customer support.
10.3 In the event of a dispute regarding bet content, you and Stadiobet agree that Stadiobet’s internal system logs are final authority.

11. Bonuses

11.1 Stadiobet may, at its discretion, offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, e.g., “Million Tournament”, coupons, deposit bonuses, and cashback.
11.2 Eligibility: Upon successful registration of a Stadiobet account, you may be eligible for promotions and bonuses. By accepting this agreement and registering an account, you acknowledge and accept any rules and regulations related to such promotions and bonuses.
11.3 Bonus Terms: All promotions, bonuses, or special offers are subject to any explicit terms and promotion-specific terms and conditions provided on the website. Any bonus credited to your account must comply with these terms. By accepting any promotion, bonus, or special offer, you agree to its terms and acknowledge that cash balance must always be used before bonus balance.
11.4 Activation and Expiry: By activating a bonus or promotion, you confirm your agreement to the applicable terms and conditions.
11.5 After expiry, Stadiobet will no longer honor any bonus or promotion unless it chooses to do so at its discretion. Expiry dates will be specified in the terms of the specific promotion, bonus, or offer. Stadiobet reserves the right to amend or modify bonus acquisition or expiry policies.
11.6 Once abandoned or deactivated, a bonus will no longer be available (cannot be reactivated). Any bonus already credited to your Stadiobet account remains available.
11.7 Bonus Abuse and Fraud: If Stadiobet believes a player is abusing or attempting to abuse bonuses or promotions, or acting dishonestly to gain advantage, Stadiobet may refuse, withhold, or withdraw bonuses/promotions or temporarily/permanently block access or lock the player’s account.
11.8 Only one (1) account per player is allowed. Opening multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or promotions is considered abuse.
11.9 Stadiobet’s Rights: Stadiobet reserves the right to withdraw bonuses from inactive accounts or accounts identified as “bonus abusers”.
11.10 Stadiobet reserves the right to cancel unclaimed bonuses within 60 days or the shorter applicable period.
11.11 Stadiobet reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its discretion.

12. Authority / Terms of Service

12.1 You agree to comply with the gaming rules described on the Stadiobet website. Stadiobet retains authority over the issuance, maintenance, and termination of the service. Decisions by Stadiobet management regarding any use of the service or dispute resolution are final and not subject to review or appeal.

13. Prohibited Use — Personal Use

13. Prohibited Use — AML and Sanctions Compliance

13.2 Stadiobet expressly prohibits and rejects the use of the service for any form of illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or violations of trade sanctions, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The service is not provided to individuals or entities subject to sanctions or watchlists by the US, EU, or other global authorities. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to such sanctions.

13. Prohibited Use — Jurisdiction

13.3 Residents of Afghanistan, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Colombia, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Netherlands, North Korea, Ontario, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe (the “Restricted Jurisdictions”) may not use the service. This also applies to residents and citizens of other countries residing in Restricted Jurisdictions. Attempts to circumvent restrictions for individuals in Restricted Jurisdictions constitute a breach of this agreement, including but not limited to manipulating location identification or providing false/misleading information.
13.4 Attempts to manipulate your true location using VPNs, proxies, or similar services, or by providing false/misleading residency information to bypass geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, constitute a breach of Section 5 of these Terms.

14. Your Device

14.1 Your computer or mobile device and internet connection may affect website performance and/or operation. Stadiobet does not guarantee faultless or error-free operation, or uninterrupted service. Stadiobet is not liable for failures or issues caused by your device, internet connection, or ISP (e.g., inability to place bets or access event information).
14.2 For mobile users, Stadiobet is not responsible for damage or data loss on your device, or for any call, data, or other charges incurred while using the software.
14.3 Due to limited mobile display sizes, mobile experience may differ from other platforms, including information positioning and visibility of game names.

15. Fair Use

15.1 The website and service are for entertainment purposes through betting on events or games only.
15.2 You must not use the website for third-party benefits, illegal, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, fraudulent, dishonest, or inappropriate purposes. Stadiobet may report suspicious or violating activities.
15.3 If Stadiobet reasonably suspects fraud, dishonesty, or criminal behavior related to the site/service, it may pursue criminal or contractual sanctions. Payments suspected to benefit a third party may be temporarily or permanently withheld.
15.4 You shall indemnify and hold Stadiobet and its affiliates harmless for any losses, damages, or expenses (direct, indirect, consequential, reputational, or lost profits) arising from your fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal actions while using the site or service.
15.5 We reserve the right to reject, process, and/or void bets that are prohibited, illegal, or in violation of applicable laws.

16. Software and Technical Issues

16.1 To use the website and services, you may need to download software (e.g., casino games via Flash Player). Certain third-party providers may require agreement to additional terms. If you do not accept these, do not use the software. Stadiobet is not responsible for third-party software.
16.2 You may only use software provided through the website for access and use of the services, and for no other purpose within the limits of applicable law.
16.3 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the services per these terms. Your right terminates if your registration is cancelled, including attempts to create parallel enterprises, or use automated software to capture or use website information.
16.4 You must not: a) Install or load website software onto servers or networked devices, or make it available through bulletin boards, online services, remote access, or networks. b) Lease, sublicense, transfer, rent, lend, move, or copy software or rights (unless explicitly allowed). c) Access or attempt to bypass Stadiobet security, interfere with products or website, or modify software/features. d) Copy or translate any user documentation provided online. e) Except to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, attempt to discover source code, or create derivative works based on the website or any part thereof.
16.5 You do not own the software that forms part of the website. Such software is proprietary to Stadiobet or third-party Software Providers and protected by copyright laws worldwide. Your use does not grant any intellectual property rights.
16.6 The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties or guarantees. Stadiobet excludes all implied terms, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality, or accuracy. Stadiobet does not guarantee that: (i) the software will meet your requirements; (ii) it will not infringe third-party IP; (iii) it will operate error-free or uninterrupted; (iv) defects will be corrected; or (v) it or the server is virus-free.
16.7 Stadiobet and the Software Providers shall not be liable for communications or system errors related to account settlement or other functions. Stadiobet may remove relevant products and take corrective actions.
16.8 You acknowledge that Stadiobet has no control over how you use the software. You assume all risks associated with use. Stadiobet shall not be liable to you or any third party for your receipt and/or use of the software.
16.9 The software may contain confidential information of the Software Providers and/or Stadiobet. You are not authorized to use or disclose such confidential information except strictly per these terms.
16.10 If the website is unavailable at any time for any reason, Stadiobet shall not be liable. We reserve the right to modify/correct the website and its content or any aspect provided through the website, including your access to it, or to suspend/terminate it.
16.11 You must not abuse the website, including introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful materials; accessing without authorization; interfering with or disrupting the website or related networks/software; or launching denial-of-service attacks. We are not responsible for losses arising from such threats due to your use of the website/software or downloads from it.

17. Third-Party Content

17.1 Stadiobet obtains sources, reviews, and content from multiple providers. Certain third-party product providers may require you to agree to additional terms for their content. If you do not accept, do not use the related content.
17.2 Stadiobet is not responsible for any third-party sources, reviews, or content.
17.3 Links to third-party websites/resources are provided for reference only. Stadiobet cannot control and is not responsible for those sites or any loss/damage from their use. Inclusion of links does not constitute endorsement.

18. Errors

18.1 If you deliberately attempt or obtain any advantage from any errors related to bets or wagers on the website, including: (i) obvious errors regarding odds, spreads, handicaps, totals, or early settlement; (ii) Stadiobet continuing to accept bets or wagers on closed or suspended markets; (iii) Stadiobet miscalculating or paying settlement amounts, including early settlement of fully settled bets or incorrectly voiding bets where "void if player not started" was selected at placement; or (iv) any error in a random number generator or any pay table contained, incorporated, or used in any game or product.

19. Breach

19.1 Without prejudice to any other rights, if the user breaches all or any part of any terms contained in this Agreement, Stadiobet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including terminating this Agreement or any other agreement with the user and/or taking legal action against the user.
19.2 You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Stadiobet and its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees harmless from all possible lawsuits, claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from: a) your full or partial breach of this Agreement; b) your violation of any law or any third-party rights; and c) your use of the services.

20. Limitation and Liability

20.1 Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Stadiobet be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use (or misuse) of the services, even if Stadiobet was aware of the possibility of such damages.
20.2 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits Stadiobet’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

21. Intellectual Property

21.1 Stadiobet and its licensors are the sole owners of the services and the code, structure, and organization thereof, including copyrights, trade secrets, intellectual property, and other rights. You may not, to the extent permitted by applicable law: (a) copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or translate the website; or (b) use the services in a manner prohibited by applicable law or regulations (each an “Unauthorized Use”). Stadiobet reserves all rights not expressly granted and retains ownership and interests in the services. You agree to be fully responsible for any damage, costs, or expenses arising from any Unauthorized Use by you. Once you become aware of any Unauthorized Use by any person, you should immediately notify Stadiobet and provide reasonable assistance in any investigation.
21.2 The term “Stadiobet,” its domain name, and any other trademark or service mark used as part of the services (“Trademarks”) are wholly owned by Stadiobet. All content on the website, including images, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, and text (“Website Content”), belongs to Stadiobet and is protected by copyright/IP laws. You acquire no rights to the Website Content and/or Trademarks by using the services and shall not use them without prior written consent. You agree not to do anything that may harm the rights of Stadiobet, including intellectual property rights.

22. Disputes

22.1 If a user wishes to raise a complaint, please contact Stadiobet's customer service team. If any dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may seek remedies in the jurisdiction specified below.

23. Amendments

23.1 Stadiobet reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement or any part thereof, or otherwise change the Services at any time without notice, and you will be bound by the revised Agreement as published. We encourage you to review the version in effect at that time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes agreement to any amendments.

24. Governing Law

24.1 This Agreement and any matters relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that, unless otherwise provided below, the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, dispute, or difference relating to the Agreement and any matters arising therefrom, and you irrevocably waive any rights to object to proceedings in these courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits Stadiobet's right to initiate proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, or to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction, simultaneously or otherwise, as permitted by law.

25. Severability

25.1 If any provision of this Agreement is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of this Agreement in that jurisdiction, nor the validity or enforceability of such provisions in any other jurisdiction.

26. Assignment

26.1 Stadiobet reserves the right to assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Users may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement.

27. Miscellaneous

27.1 Any waiver by Stadiobet of any breach of any provision of this Agreement (including failure to require strict and literal performance or compliance with any provision) shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of that provision or any other provision.
27.2 No provision of this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or benefits upon any third party not a party to this Agreement.
27.3 No provision of this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, agency, trust, fiduciary, or joint venture relationship between you and Stadiobet.
27.4 Stadiobet may assign, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise deal with this Agreement in whole or in part, or subcontract any of its rights or obligations to any other party.
27.5 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Stadiobet regarding the Services and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements.
