- 4.2. For a bet to be valid, confirmation of acceptance must be explicitly displayed on the bet slip.
- 4.3. The acceptance of any bet is at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook.
- 4.4. Types of Bets

- 4.4.2. Accumulator (Parlay) Bet – A wager combining two or more independent selections. To win, all selections within the accumulator must be correct. If any selection loses, the entire accumulator is settled as a loss. The return is calculated as the stake multiplied by the total combined odds of the accumulator.
- 4.4.3. System Bet – A set of multiple accumulator combinations formed from a fixed group of selections. Each combination (system line) has the same stake amount and contains the same number of selections. The bettor specifies the total number of selections and the number of combinations. The payout is calculated as the stake multiplied by the total odds of the system.
- 4.4.4. Trixie – A combination bet consisting of four bets derived from three selections: three doubles and one treble.
- For clarity, a treble consists of three selections/markets, and a double consists of two selections/markets.
- The return is calculated as the stake multiplied by the total combined odds of the Trixie.
- 4.4.5. Patent Bet – A combination consisting of seven bets from three selections: three singles, three doubles, and one treble.
- The payout is calculated as the stake multiplied by the total odds of the Patent.
- 4.4.6. Yankee Bet – A combination consisting of eleven bets from four selections: six doubles, four trebles, and one fourfold accumulator.
- For clarity, a fourfold accumulator refers to a combination of four selections/markets.
- The return is calculated as the stake multiplied by the total combined odds of the Yankee.
- 4.4.7. Canadian (Super Yankee) – A combination consisting of twenty-six bets from five selections: ten doubles, ten trebles, five fourfolds, and one fivefold accumulator.
- For clarity, a fivefold accumulator includes five selections/markets.
- The payout is calculated as the stake multiplied by the total odds of the Canadian.
- 4.4.8. Heinz – A type of combination bet consisting of six selections and a total of 57 bets, structured as follows: 1 × 6-fold accumulator,6 × 5-fold accumulators,15 × 4-fold accumulators,20 × 3-fold accumulators,15 × 2-fold accumulators。
- 4.4.9. Super Heinz – A combination consisting of one hundred and twenty bets from seven selections: twenty-one doubles, thirty-five trebles, thirty-five fourfolds, twenty-one fivefolds, seven sixfolds, and one sevenfold accumulator.

- For clarity, an eightfold accumulator includes eight selections/markets.
- The return is calculated as the stake multiplied by the total combined odds of the Goliath.
- 4.4.11. Where odds include more than two decimal places, payout amounts shall be rounded to the nearest second decimal place.
- 4.4.12. Cash Out – Cash Out is a personalized service offered by the Sportsbook that allows the End User to modify one or more key conditions of a bet (such as odds or event timing) in order to settle an existing bet before the event has concluded, thereby creating a new wager.
- The End User may choose to accept or reject the Cash Out offer. By selecting Cash Out, the End User confirms acceptance of the new bet conditions.
- Cash Out is available for both pre-match and in-play bets. The Sportsbook reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Cash Out service at any time without prior notice or explanation.
- 4.4.13. Bet Builder – A combination bet that includes multiple selections within the same event, such as Total Points, 1X2, Team Stats, Player Props, and other markets labeled as “Bet Builder.”
- To win, all selections within the Bet Builder must be correct. If any selection loses, the entire Bet Builder is settled as a loss.
- The payout is calculated as the stake multiplied by the combined odds of all included selections.
- Bet Builder markets may only be available for selected events, which will be marked with a special “Bet Builder” label.
- Combination bets may also form part of other combinations or systems, or a mixture of Bet Builder and non-Bet Builder selections.
- Special Terms for Bet Builder Bets
- a. Not all sports, events, or markets are available for Bet Builder betting. Availability is determined solely at the discretion of the Sportsbook.
- b. The availability of Bet Builder markets cannot be guaranteed. The Sportsbook reserves the right to suspend or void any Bet Builder wagers at its discretion (for reasons including technical issues or integrity concerns).

- e. The Sportsbook reserves the right, in accordance with the “Void Bets” section of these Rules, to accept or void any selection within a Bet Builder. If a selection is voided, the remaining valid selections will stand. In such cases, the provisions on void bets shall apply.
4.5. Market Types
- 4.5.1. Match Result (1X2)
- This market allows you to bet on the outcome of a match or event (either partial or full time). The available options are:
- “1” = Home team or the team listed on the left side of the odds;
- “X” = Draw or the middle option;
- “2” = Away team or the team listed on the right side of the odds.
- 4.5.2. Correct Score
- Allows you to bet on the exact score of a match or event (either partial or full time).
- 4.5.3. Over/Under (Totals)
- Allows you to bet on whether the total number of specific occurrences (e.g., goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.) in a match or period will be over or under a pre-determined line.
- If the total number of events exactly equals the listed line, all bets on that market will be void.
- Example: If the line is set at 128.0 points and the game ends 64–64 (total 128), all bets are void.
- 4.5.4. Odd/Even
- Allows you to bet on whether the total number of predefined occurrences (e.g., goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.) in a match or period will be odd or even.

- 4.5.5. Head-to-Head / Triple Matchups
- Allows betting between two or three participants/results derived from official competitions or defined virtually by the Sportsbook.
- 4.5.6. Half Time / Full Time
- Allows you to bet on both the result at half-time and at full-time.
- Example: If the half-time score is 1–0 and the full-time score is 1–1, the correct outcome is 1/X.
- If the competition format differs from the one stated in the market (e.g., the match does not have two halves), all bets will be void.
- 4.5.7. Period Betting
- Where applicable, allows betting on the outcome of individual periods or stages of a match or event.
- 4.5.8. Draw No Bet
- Where available, allows betting on either “1” or “2” as defined in 4.5.1 without offering an option for a draw.
- If the match ends in a draw, all bets will be void and stakes refunded.
- 4.5.9. Handicap Betting
- Where available, allows betting on whether a selected outcome will be successful after applying the stated handicap (positive or negative).
- If, after applying the handicap, the result equals the listed line, all such bets will be void.
- Example: If a team wins by exactly three goals (3–0, 4–1, 5–2, etc.) on a -3.0 handicap, all bets on that line will be void.
- 4.5.10. Asian Handicap
- Example: Home (-1.75) vs. Away (+1.75).
- This represents two equal bets — one at -1.5 and one at -2.0 for the Home team.
- To win the full payout at listed odds, Team A must win by at least three goals.
- If Team A wins by exactly two goals, the -1.5 portion wins, and the -2.0 portion is refunded.
- If Team A wins by one goal or less, the entire bet loses.
- Conversely, the Away team at +1.75 has two equal bets on +1.5 and +2.0, settled accordingly.
- 4.5.11. Double Chance
- Where available, allows betting on two possible outcomes of a single match (either partial or full time).
- Available options are:
- * 1X = Home Win or Draw

- Definitions of “1”, “X”, and “2” follow Section 4.5.1.
- 4.5.12. Outright / Place Betting
- Allows you to select from a list of participants and bet on a contestant to win or to finish in a specific position in a competition.
- 4.5.13. Period / Half / Quarter X

- If the format of the match differs from that described in this rule or by the relevant governing body, all bets will be void.
- 4.5.14. Result After Period X / At the End of Period X
- Refers to the result of the match/event after the designated time period, taking into account all prior scores or events.
- If the format of the match differs from that stated in the offer, the scoreboard, or the governing body’s standard format, the bet will be void.
- 4.5.15. Race to X (Points/Goals/Etc.)
- Refers to the team or participant that first reaches a specified number of points/goals/events.
- If the bet specifies a time period, only scores/events within that time frame will count.
- If the required total is not reached within the specified period, all related bets will be void unless otherwise stated.
- 4.5.16. To Score / To Win X Points/Goals
- Refers to the team or participant that scores or wins the specified number of points/events.
- Events prior to the designated event are not considered.
- If the event does not occur within the stated time frame, all related bets will be void unless otherwise specified.
- 4.5.17.
- If it is impossible to determine the outcome beyond reasonable doubt—for example, if players from different teams are booked at the same stoppage of play—bets on time-based events (e.g., “First Card”, “Next Penalty”) will be void.
- 4.5.18. Team to Score First and Win
- Refers to the team that scores the first goal and goes on to win the match.

- 4.5.22. Injury Time / Added Time
- Refers to the time indicated by the match official, not the actual elapsed time.
- 4.5.23. Player of the Match / MVP
- Unless otherwise stated, settlement of such markets will be based on the official decision made by the event organizers.
- 4.5.24.
- Where a market specifies the exact names of two competitors, both listed participants must start the event for bets to stand.
5. Events and Results
- 5.1. Event dates and times displayed on the Sportsbook are for reference only. Neither the Sportsbook nor the Operator guarantees the accuracy of such information. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Betting Rules, an incorrect event date and/or time shall not be considered grounds for voiding a bet.
- 5.2. Live results displayed on the Sportsbook are provided for reference purposes only. The accuracy of such information cannot be guaranteed and shall not be used for settlement purposes.
- 5.3. All bets placed on an event (including all related markets) will be settled after the event has concluded and the official result has been announced.
- 5.4. Unless an official result is announced later, the outcome of an event will be determined on the day it concludes. The result announced by the official governing body on the day of completion shall be deemed final unless otherwise specified in these Rules.
- If an event is not part of an officially sanctioned competition, settlement will be based on the information provided by the event organizer.
- 5.5. If an event has started but is not completed within forty-eight (48) hours after the official start time, all bets on that event shall be void, except in the following cases:
- * Bets placed on segments or periods of the event that have already been completed;
- * Events that normally last longer than 30 hours (e.g. golf tournaments);
- * Specific exceptions defined under the respective Sports Rules;
- * “First Team to Score” markets — once a goal is scored, the bet stands regardless of whether the match is later completed.
- 5.6. If a match is abandoned after commencement, settlement will follow the sport-specific rules stated in these Betting Rules. Where no specific rule applies, General Rule 5.5 shall prevail.
- 5.7. Any protests, appeals, or subsequent amendments that alter the official outcome of an event after settlement will not be recognized for settlement purposes.
- 5.8. All bets are placed on the outcome of the event or market, regardless of the scoreline at the time of betting. Display errors in live scores (excluding football goals or red cards) shall not constitute valid grounds for bet cancellation.
- 5.9. Bets on specific periods will be settled based solely on the score or outcome within that defined period, independent of any previous or subsequent play.
- 5.10. If both “Draw” and “Win” options are offered and the event ends in a draw, both win-side bets will be void. If no “Draw” option is offered and the event ends in a draw, both win-side bets will also be void unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport’s rules.
- 5.11. If an event involves retirements, walkovers, or any other situation where a match is deemed complete without play taking place, all bets shall be void, regardless of how the official governing body records the result.
- 5.12. Spelling mistakes, typographical errors, incorrect team names, or wrong league listings shall not be considered valid grounds for bet cancellation, provided that the intended event can be reasonably identified.
- 5.13. If the number of rounds/sets or the duration of an event differs from the standard format without prior notice, all bets on that event shall be void.
- 5.14. For “League Day (or NFL Week) Total Score” markets, if not all scheduled matches for that day/week are completed, all bets on that market will be void.
- 5.15. In “Multi-Selection” markets, unless otherwise stated, all bets shall stand provided the market itself remains valid. Where participation of a named competitor is required, bets on that competitor shall be void if they do not take part in the event.
- 5.16. All winning bets in “Multiple Winner” markets will be settled and paid at full odds regardless of the number of winners.
- 5.17. Where a market specifies a “Winner” selection, the chosen team or participant must defeat all others to win. In the case of a dead heat, bets on tied participants will be void and all other bets will be settled as losers.
- 5.18. All market results become final seventy-two (72) hours after settlement. After this time, no further queries or disputes will be accepted. Within the 72-hour period, results may be corrected only in cases of human error, system malfunction, or incorrect reference data.
- 5.19. Unless otherwise stated, all “Outright” bets are considered as “All-in, Run or Not.” Bets on non-starters shall be deemed losers. In the event of a dead heat, the stake shall be divided by the number of tied participants — one portion will be settled as a win, and the remaining portion as a loss.
- 5.20. If one participant in a head-to-head market does not start, that market will be void.
- 5.21. In motor racing, unless otherwise stated by the specific sport rules, if both competitors in a head-to-head market fail to finish, the one who completes the greater number of laps will be deemed the winner. If both retire on the same lap, the market will be void.
- 5.22. If two participants finish in the same position, the head-to-head market will be void.
- 5.23. All match markets are settled on regulation time only, unless otherwise specified.
6. Acceptance, Suspension, and Cancellation of Bets
- 6.1. All bets are accepted or declined at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook and are subject to the Operator’s internal risk management policies where applicable.
- 6.2. For live (in-play) betting, acceptance of bets may be subject to a brief delay. Bets may also be temporarily suspended during potentially decisive or dangerous situations (e.g. free kicks, penalty kicks, one-on-one attacks, etc.) at the discretion of the Sportsbook.
- 6.3. The Sportsbook reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or restrict any bet at any time.
- 6.4. The Sportsbook reserves the right to declare a bet (or part of a bet) void (settled at odds of “1.00”) or withhold payment pending investigation or legal proceedings in any of the following circumstances:
- 6.4.1. An error occurred at the time of acceptance;
- 6.4.2. A software or website malfunction (including but not limited to typographical errors in event listings, discrepancies in odds, or clearly abnormal prices);
- 6.4.3. Evidence or reasonable suspicion of unfair activity (including fraudulent betting, clearly erroneous odds, or price manipulation);
- 6.4.4. Acceptance of the bet violated existing rules;
- 6.4.5. Other verifiable circumstances confirming the bet was placed in error;
- 6.4.6. The bet was placed after an event had started or after the outcome was already known;
- 6.4.7. The venue of the event was changed, unless otherwise specified by the sport’s specific rules;
- 6.4.8. The outcome of the event or market was already determined at the time the bet was placed, or odds failed to update correctly due to technical issues;
- 6.4.9. The official result of the event was altered or affected by sanctions (e.g. point deductions, enforced relegations, or other disciplinary measures unrelated to normal match play).
- 6.5. If there is an obvious pricing error or an error in market limits, all bets placed at the incorrect odds or above the market limit may be declared void.
- If a bet is accepted after an event has started (excluding clearly marked live/in-play markets), it will stand unless the End User has gained a material advantage. In such cases, the Sportsbook reserves the right to void the bet.
- 6.6. If unfair activity is suspected, the Sportsbook reserves the right to void any affected bets (settled at odds of “1.00”) or suspend withdrawals for up to thirty-one (31) calendar days while an investigation is conducted.
- 6.7. In cases where an End User’s account has a negative balance, the Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel any pending bets, regardless of whether the funds used were derived from an error.
- 6.8. The Sportsbook reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance for any specific End User ID without prior notice.
- 6.9. The Sportsbook shall not be held liable for any loss incurred by the End User resulting from system failures, malfunctions, delays, manipulation, or data transmission errors.
- 6.10. The exploitation of software bugs, system loopholes, or translation errors to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
- If the End User or Operator discovers any such issue, it must be reported immediately.
- If the End User exploits such vulnerabilities for betting purposes, the Sportsbook reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze associated funds, and cancel all related bets (including settled bets).
- 6.11. In combination bets (also known as parlays, accumulators, or multiples), correlated outcomes are not permitted.
- For example, a bet on “Barcelona to win La Liga” combined with “Barcelona to win the decisive league match” would be deemed void.
7. Integrity of Betting
- 7.1. The Sportsbook reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to set maximum bet or stake limits for any event, market, operator, or end user. Changes to the maximum bet or stake limits may be made without prior written notice. Any such changes will not apply to bets that have already been accepted.
- 7.2. End users may only place bets in their individual capacity. Group or coordinated betting is strictly prohibited. If the same end user, or multiple end users, place duplicate bets on the same outcome, the Sportsbook reserves the right to declare such bets void at its sole discretion.
- 7.3. Even if the official result of a match has been announced, the Sportsbook reserves the right to void any bets if it reasonably suspects that the end users have acted in collusion, formed a betting syndicate, or placed coordinated bets within a short time frame.
- 7.4. If multiple betting accounts originate from the same IP address or device, the Sportsbook reserves the right to refuse acceptance of such bets or to declare them void.
- 7.5. If there are concerns related to integrity, fairness, gameplay, or system malfunctions, the Sportsbook may suspend betting on any event or market until the issue is resolved. Depending on the situation, the Sportsbook may take the following actions:
- * Suspend or close betting on any event or market;
- * Withhold settlements and refuse bets until the issue is resolved;
- * Make final decisions based on principles of fairness, reasonableness, and integrity.
- 7.6. The Sportsbook strictly prohibits any form of match-fixing or manipulation. Any attempt to place bets on events that are pre-arranged or influenced in any way constitutes a serious violation of our betting rules and undermines the integrity of sports betting.
- If an end user is found to have participated in match-fixing or manipulation, their account will be immediately restricted, and all related bets will be voided. The Sportsbook adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that compromises fair play or user trust. By using this platform, end users agree not to participate in any form of match manipulation and acknowledge that violations may result in permanent suspension. Any disputes relating to suspected manipulation will be thoroughly investigated, and the Sportsbook’s decision shall be final. We encourage users to report any suspicious match-fixing activity to our support team.
- 7.7. In the event of a game or system malfunction that prevents betting transactions from being restored, all affected bets will be voided, and the stake will be refunded to the end user.
- 7.8. If official data related to event timing cannot be obtained, the Sportsbook reserves the right to void any bets affected by the delay.
- 7.9. The use of arbitrage strategies is strictly prohibited on our platform. Arbitrage betting—where bettors exploit odds discrepancies between different bookmakers or platforms to secure risk-free profits—will not be tolerated. Any attempt to manipulate or exploit odds differences for guaranteed profit constitutes a breach of our terms.
- All arbitrage bets will be immediately voided, and accounts involved may be permanently closed. Our platform is designed to provide fair and competitive betting opportunities for all users. Any disputes relating to arbitrage activity will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sportsbook, and such decisions shall be final.
